NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

  1. ELIGIBILITY: No purchase required to enter or win. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older. This promotion is governed by US law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Employees of Monster ("Sponsor"), Cohen-Friedberg Associates, LLC, (“Judges”), Grounded Nomads, LLC dba VocationVacations, and Hilton Hotels Corporation and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and members of the immediate family or household of each are not eligible to participate

  2. PRIZES/ODDS: Ten (10) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each grand prize winner will get to select a VocationVacation of their choice, consisting of a trip for two details of which are set forth at www.vocationvacations.com. The trip consists of round trip coach airfare for two (total maximum not to exceed $2,000), Three nights hotel accommodations provided by a Hilton Family hotel in the United States; and $1,000 in spending money. Approximate Retail Value $4,000 each.. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $40,000. The actual value will vary depending upon points of departure, destination, VocationVacation selection, and fare fluctuations. Sponsor may substitute for air travel if winner lives close to destination. The balance of any amount short of the maximum to be spent on airline travel or 3-nights hotel noted in these rules will not be awarded to winner. All expenses not specifically included, including but not limited to any hotel incidental charges, taxes or expenses, are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor, or may forfeit prize. Selected airline and hotel are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Trip must be taken within one year of award. Winner must provide Sponsor at least 30 days advance notice to book travel. Certain restrictions and black out dates apply and exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Hotel accommodations subject to availability. ALL EXPENSES, TAXES AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF THE PRIZES NOT SET FORTH IN THESE RULES ARE THE OBLIGATION OF THE WINNER. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must have appropriate identification to travel within the US, and must travel at the same time and on the same itinerary, as specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted. If the winner chooses not to accept the Grand Prize or is unable to travel on the dates required, an alternate winner will be chosen. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.

  3. ENTRY: Sweepstakes begins on or about 09/18/2007 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 11/6/2007 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period "). There are two ways to enter. Create an official My Monster account from a special splash page, including but not limited to: http://promotions.monster.com/dreamjob, http://ibs.monster.com/dreamjob (other URLs may be available as well) or create an official MonsterTRAK user account from a special splash page: http://www.monstertrak.monster.com/dreamjob, as indicated below. You will not receive a sweepstakes entry by posting or editing a resume or opening an account on Monster.com or MonsterTrak.com in the ordinary manner (i.e., without creating or logging into an account via such splash page). At these special splash pages, available through banner advertisements and other links, submit a complete entry. A complete entry consists of opening a free My Monster account or free MonsterTRAK user account or existing users can gain a sweepstakes entry by logging into their existing My Monster or MonsterTRAK user account during the Promotion Period. One entry per person, regardless of entry method. Sponsor may reject any entry it believes is the result of fraud or were submitted in violation of these Official Rules.

  4. DRAWING: The random drawing will take place on or about 11/13/2007 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and will be under the control of COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC (the "Judges") an independent judging agency, contracted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and legally binding, as they pertain to the Sweepstakes. The potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, overnight carrier, or regular mail within approximately five (5) days of the drawing. If Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner after reasonable effort, or if potential winner fails to respond within seven (7) days of first attempted notification, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries.

  5. GENERAL: The potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release, within seven (7) days of first attempted notification. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected, at Sponsor’s discretion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, VocationVacations, the prize providers, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers and employees and agents (the “Promotion Entities”) to use winner’s name and likeness in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without notice, review or approval, in perpetuity and throughout the universe for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or consideration, unless prohibited by law. By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Promotion Entities and Hilton Hotels Corporation from all liability or any injuries of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance, travel or use of any prize. By entering, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges regarding this Sweepstakes, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor awards the prize WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws.

  6. INTERNET: If, for any reason, the Internet portion of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, a random drawing to award the Grand Prizes will be conducted from all valid entries received up until the time of termination. Sponsor and the Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, or incomplete entries. Sponsor and the Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

  7. DISPUTES: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
